1.RS vice-white fused alumina 

RS vice−white fused alumina is a new corundum product used to solve the problems in the process of the traditional vice−white fused alumina replacing the white fused alumina and tabular alumina according to the practical needs of refractory manufacturers and practical experience, which is jointly developed by the company and Luoyang Institute of Refractories. With high−purity alumina bauxite as main raw materials, RS vice−white fused alumina is made by a special technique in electric arc furnaces with high temperature above 2300℃ and  refining with longer time.It is characterized by high temperature resistance, corrosion and erosion resistance, low apparent porosity and stable thermal stability performance.
    It solves such problems as bursting, crazing and pulverising in the process of vice−white fused alumina replacing aluminum−oxygen based corundums such as white fused alumina. RS vice−white fused alumina is the ideal product which can substitute white fused alumina, compact fused alumina and tabular alumina in China .
    RS vice−white fused alumina sand (Barmac plastic) and micropowder (acid washing) produced by RuiShi plant is characterized by without bursting, without pulverising and high bulk density, good flow property etc, which can be widely used to manufacture variety of shaped refractory material products,corundum castable refractory,and other monholithic bulk refractory and caustic−burned corundum refractory products.

2.vice-white fused alumina

    vice−white fused alumina is developed on the basis of brown fused alumina smelting. It can substitute compact fused alumina to make tapping launder castable refractory. It can also substitute white fused alumina and tabular alumina to make sliding plate, corundum bricks and abrasion−resistant castable etc, all of which have achieved the same effectiveness compare with using compact fused alumina and white fused alumina.

3.vice-white fused alumina for melt film precision casting

    Melt film precision casting sand is the latest corundum products self−developed by RuiShi Company to meet the market demands. Based on the production of the vice−white fused alumina, and with special technology, it is produced by the careful organization of the researchers. The quality has reached the advanced level of similar foreign products through laboratory tests and production in practice of dozens of casting enterprises. And some performances of it can be adjusted or showcased according to the customers’ requirement. The precision casting sand of RuiShi Brand has high refractoriness, low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal stability, strong air permeability, high intensity, easy to shell, high casting finish. It can substitute Zirconia sand (powder) its price is only half of zirconia sand (powder), and the recovery ratio is high as well. It can be mainly applied to the melt films and silicasol technology of jewelry, handicrafts, stainless steel products, watches, glasses, aluminum die casting industries, and can be processed in line with the demands of the clients.
